One of the biggest traditions in UK on prestige spirits is about London Dry Gin.
A London Dry Gin legally defines the production process of a gin where the selection of botanicals, including juniper berries, must remain inside the still during distillation. The only elements that are added after the distillation are grain neutral spirit and demineralized water. A traditional London Dry Gin recipe has 4 prominent botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica and cubebs.

Here is a selection of what London’s dry gin has to offer at its best for this holiday season.
