As Champaign is important to France, we all know how important the Watch industry is for Switzerland. The Swiss city of Basel welcomes each year what we call Baselworld, the International fair for the Watch industry. Here are the key figures for the 2012 edition.

- Total countries represented: 41
We always talk about the Watches at Baselworld but let’s not forget that there is also Jewellery that is very important. 689 exhibitors for Jewellery vs 608 for Watches. Of course many brands have both like Bulgary.
