Maison Ruinart just announced the return of the Bar à Bulles by Ruinart. It is once again nestled at the Beau-Rivage Palace Lobby lounge terrace. It is the perfect place to meet with friends, family, colleagues or clients and share a cozy timeless aperitif moment.
This year you will be able to discover a new menu that will delight all amateurs and connoisseurs of champagne and fine cuisine. Here are the available cuvées you will be able to find at the Bar à Bulles:
- Ruinart R
- Ruinart Blanc de Blancs (by far my preferred)
- Ruinart Rosé
- Dom Ruinart (bottle only)
- Dom Ruinart Rosé (bottle only)
Some of the cuvées will also be available in magnum bottles for a great festive and generous ambiance.
Delicius Menu by the Beau-Rivage Palace
In order to accompany all the sparkling bubbles, the Beau-Rivage Palace team imagined the perfect holiday season menu made of caviar’s variations, hearts of salmon, Prawns tempura-style with its sweet and sour sauces. In order to end the evening on a sweet note, delicious “Finger Chic” that will delight your palate with creations like Chocolate Tangerine pie or a Mont Blanc Chestnut-Cherry.
